1. OVERVIEW

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Faux Steel I-Beam website (“Website”) and the purchase and use of Faux Steel I-Beam products (“Products”).

The Website and Products are operated and supplied by Circa Products Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing this Website or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use this Website or purchase Products.

2. INTENDED USE OF PRODUCTS

Faux Steel I-Beams are decorative architectural products only.

They are:

  • NOT structural

  • NOT load-bearing

  • NOT intended for supporting weight, fixtures, or mechanical systems

Improper use, including but not limited to structural application, voids all warranties and releases the Company from any liability.

3. INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

The Company does not install Products and has no control over installation conditions.

Therefore:

  • Installation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or installer

  • All Products must be installed:

    • According to published installation guidelines

    • In compliance with all local building codes

    • On structurally sound substrates

The Company assumes no liability for:

  • Improper installation

  • Installer error

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Damage caused during or after installation

4. PRODUCT LIMITATIONS

By purchasing or using the Product, you acknowledge:

  • Products are designed for interior or covered applications only

  • Exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme conditions may affect performance

  • Minor variations in appearance may occur

  • Products may be painted or modified at the user’s discretion (voids warranty if improper)

5. ORDERS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • Prices may change without notice

  • The Company reserves the right to:

    • Cancel or refuse orders

    • Limit quantities

    • Discontinue products at any time

6. SHIPPING & RISK

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon shipment or pickup

  • Customers must inspect products upon delivery

  • Any damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours

Failure to report within this timeframe may void claims.

7. RETURNS & CLAIMS

  • Returns require prior written approval

  • Approved returns may be subject to:

    • Restocking fees

    • Freight charges

  • Custom or special-order products are non-returnable

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Products are provided “as-is”, except where a written warranty is explicitly provided.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Suitability for a specific project

  • Compatibility with other materials

  • Long-term performance under uncontrolled conditions

Failure to follow installation guidelines or intended use automatically voids any applicable warranty.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business

  • Property damage arising from misuse or improper installation

  • Personal injury resulting from misuse
